Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the StreetSigned website, storefront, and wholesale portal (collectively, the "Service"), operated by The Tinker Group LLC, doing business as "StreetSigned" ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Who We Are and How to Reach Us

StreetSigned designs and 3D-prints custom street-name magnets to order in the United States. You can contact us at any time at info@streetsigned.com.

3. Eligibility

To use the Service you must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. The Service is currently intended for customers shipping to addresses within the United States.

4. Accounts

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your credentials confidential, and to be responsible for all activity under your account. We use Supabase Auth to manage authentication; passwords are stored as cryptographic hashes and are never visible to us.

• Consumer accounts let you save addresses, view orders, and check out faster.
• Wholesale accounts are subject to a separate application and approval process. We may approve, deny, suspend, or terminate a wholesale account at our discretion.

5. Custom-Made Products

Every magnet is 3D-printed to order based on the street name, street type, and other details you provide at checkout. Because each item is made to your specifications, all sales are final, except where the Refund Policy expressly provides for a remake or refund (e.g., defective product, our error, or wrong item shipped). Please review your order carefully before payment.

6. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change. Applicable sales tax may be added at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full payment card details. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion (for example, if a product is unavailable or an order appears fraudulent).

7. Shipping

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In summary: orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage within the United States, most orders are produced within seven (7) business days of payment, and risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

8. Refunds and Remakes

Refunds and remakes are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In summary: defective items and our errors are remade at no charge; customer typos may be remade at a 50% courtesy discount; orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

9. Wholesale Program

The wholesale portal is offered to approved business customers only. Wholesale pricing, minimum order quantities, payment terms, and shipping rates may differ from the consumer storefront. Wholesale accounts may be placed in a pending, approved, suspended, or rejected state at our discretion. You agree not to misrepresent your business or eligibility during the application process.

10. Intellectual Property

The StreetSigned name, logo, designs, software, and all other content provided by us are owned by The Tinker Group LLC or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive no ownership rights in the Service. You retain ownership of the street-name and address details you submit, and you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that information solely to produce, ship, and provide support for your order.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• submit street names or text that are unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or that include hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit content;
• impersonate another person or business, including during wholesale signup;
• interfere with, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or to other users' accounts;
• use automated tools to scrape, copy, or resell the Service or its content without our written permission.

We may refuse, edit, or cancel any order whose content we believe violates this section.

12. Disclaimers

The Service and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Tinker Group LLC and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to any order will not exceed the amount you actually paid to us for that order.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Tinker Group LLC from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) the content you submit, including any claim that such content infringes a third party's rights.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may close your account at any time by emailing info@streetsigned.com.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email where appropriate. Your continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute informally before initiating formal proceedings. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service that is not resolved informally shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
