How we handle refunds, remakes, and order issues.

Custom-Made Products

Every StreetSigned magnet is custom 3D-printed to order based on the street name and details you provide. Because each magnet is unique to your order, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns or refunds for change of mind or non-defective issues. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your magnet arrives defective, broken, or with a printing error from our side, we will remake and reship your order at no additional charge. Please contact us at info@streetsigned.com within 14 days of delivery to report the issue.

Typos and Customer Errors

Our printer faithfully reproduces the exact street name, spelling, and street type you provide at checkout. If you notice a typo or error after your order has been placed, we offer a 50% discount on a remake as a courtesy. Please contact us at info@streetsigned.com and we'll set you up with a discount code for the corrected magnet.

Order Cancellation

Production begins immediately after payment is received, so orders cannot be cancelled once paid. If you need to make changes, contact us as quickly as possible at info@streetsigned.com and we'll do our best to help, though we cannot guarantee changes will be possible if production has already started.

Wrong Items Received

If you receive an item that doesn't match what you ordered due to an error on our end, we will remake and ship the correct order at no additional charge. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include a photo of what you received.

Returns

We do not require physical returns. If we owe you a remake, you may keep or discard the original at your discretion — no need to ship anything back to us.

Refund Timing

In rare cases where a refund (rather than a remake) is the appropriate resolution, refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of approval.
